2016
- Organizer of the Clusters International Conference, June 23-24 2016;
- Co-organizer of the following events: CeBIT Future Match 2016, B2B Matchmaking at the IT Summit 2016, Hannover Messe 2016: Technology Cooperation Days; IV Company Mission Romania – Italian companies in building sector; Brokerage Event – Clusters as drivers of value chain development across the Danube Region;
- 6 sessions of trainings, certificated by ANC for 90 employees of our members;
- Courses on soft skills and tech;
- Admission of 12 new members;
- 7 meetings between representatives of the HR department and members of the cluster in order to identify their needs (in the professional and work field)-Espresso with iTech Transilvania;
- Attending meetings, conferences and workshops (Amsterdam, Hanovra, Brusseles, Seoul, Sophia Antipolis, Bratislava, Roma, Viena) and having projects in collaboration;
- Active participation in Enterprise Europe Network, due to the admission in “ICT Industry and Services sector group”, attending national (Alba, Timisoara, Brasov) and international (Linz, Nissa, Bruxelles) meetings;
- Projects in collaboration with the Municipality of Cluj-Napoca: : iCluj Capital: European Capital of Innovation; Smart City strategy; eGouvernance Event ; Smart City solutions, Smart City Tourism; iCluj-Napoca-European Capital of Innovation (ongoing);
- Supporting the Municipality in organizing the fifth edition of Open Innovation Conference 2.0.;
- Idea contest (hackathon)-solutions for a smart city-15 projects were presented;
- “Transylvania Cluster of creative ideas” project;
- Partnerships with the European Spatial Agency;
- Part of Copernicus network;
- Creating ClujBusiness platform trough the collaboration of 3 members (ComKnow, Fortech, Imprezzion), the purpose being the promotion of the business environment in Cluj-Napoca;
- Creating a platform to promote the sports center;
- Coordinating internships and volunteers within the Clusters International Conference;
2015
- Project: POSCCE O1333 iTech Transilvania Cluster;
- BISNet Transylvania project: attending annual EEN meetings, “ICT Industry and Services sector group” adherence, attending EEN trainings, etc.;
- Member in the “Increasing the occupation opportunities trough success practices” (PRACT-IT” project, managed by Cluj IT cluster and financed trough POSDRU;
- Attending fairs and galleries: CeBit (3 firms); Mobile World Congress (6 firms); Apps World London (3 firms);
- Accreditation for professional training center: “Creating trainers” National Authority of Competences (for a period of 4 years);
- Opening a new ARIES Transilvania branch in Oradea;
- Attending the semi-annual meeting of ARIES board (Brasov and Craiova) and creating a punctual collaboration with the branches from Craiova, Iasi and Timisoara;
- POC 2.2.1-“Collaboration platform between clusters” project-creating a platform which will facilitate the collaboration and communication between companies and clusters and at a same time, to help them increase their visibility;
- Awarded with the Silver Certificate by the European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis;
2014
- Starting the implementation of the project funded by POSCCE ITech Transilvania-Training human resources in the field of advanced technologies;
- EEN – BISNet Transylvania project submission; contracting formalities;
- Designation as a regional contact point for SMEs and Access to Risk Finance by the Ministry of National Education for Horizon 2020;
- “Participation in MWC 2014/Cebit 2014 / MWC 2015/ CeBIT 2015”;
- Signing supportive address of “Memorandum on the monitoring insufficient support dedicated to the development of a competitive business environment for the programming period 2014-2020” with members of the clusters in the NW region;
- Joining to the National Coalition for the Digital Jobs;
- Meeting with the Information Society Ministery (MSI) representative for support all steps to sustain the economic development of the North-West region by the central administration;

- Lobbying and central public authorities promoting of the projects from Transylvania;

- Setting up POLARIS pole of competitiveness and Cluj IT cluster in colaboration with ADR NV and other relevant entities;

- Completing the implementation of the project in partnership with the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, “Partnership for Student Practice” P3S;

- Project started in partnership with the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology for students practice “Partnership for Student Practice”;
- Active participation in the development of Integrated Urban Development Plan (IUDP) – involvement in the development of the project “Regional Center of Excellence for Creative Industries”;
- Participation in national and international fairs, exhibitions, trade missions.

- Ongoing the project funded by the Environment Fund Administration “Education and awareness of IT equipment manufacturers and users in environmental protection”;
- Organising a training seminar in collaboration with MCTI on Structural Funds, Axis 3 – Information and communication technology for public and private sectors on issues that companies in the North West are facing;
- Participation in national and international fairs, exhibitions, trade missions.

- Contracting project funded by the Environment Fund Administration”Education and awareness of IT equipment manufacturers and users in environmental protection”;
